Already at the beginning of the last century, the locals would gather at Vittorio’s to play bowls under the cool pergola.
An ideal spot to enjoy the hospitality of the Bisso family. Marinin, Vittorio’s wife, would greet the guests with traditional local dishes. Vittorio Bisso first and then his son Luigi continued to improve and enlarge the restaurant, as it stands today.
?Over five generations, the restaurant still continues to offer traditional Ligurian food.
Today, Mattia, Paola, Chiara and Federico with expert guidance from the older generation: the twin brothers, Vittorio and Gianni still have a true passion for rediscovering forgotten traditional dishes accompanied with the right wine, be it local, Italian or imported from abroad.
Our main concern has always been to provide the highest standards of quality with freshly caught fish, seasonal produce and excellent service.
